Building Begins

With financing in place, we’ll begin construction on your lot, working step-by-step to create the home you’ve envisioned!

Introduction

Begin by meeting with a PATCO Representative to discuss your goals, establish a preliminary budget and see if new construction is the best option for you.

Lot Searching

We’ll get to work finding available lots, reaching out through listing services and local agents to find a property that fits your needs.

Price Estimations

Once we find the right lot, we’ll calculate the complete costs for development and excavation so you have a clear picture of the total expenses.

Approval

If the costs align with your budget and you’re ready to commit, we (or your agent) will secure the lot for you, contingent on your lender’s approval.

Building Begins

With financing approved, we’ll help you purchase the lot and kick off the building process, bringing your dream home to life from the ground up!
