Feasibility + Budget Range
We’ll talk through site basics, layout goals, access, utilities, garage or storage needs, and overall project scope to provide an approximate budget range based on what we know so far.
Site Evaluation + Plans & Estimate
For a true, site-specific path forward, we move into plans and a detailed estimate. Patco Homes collects $2,000 for official plans and estimates, which are required to produce accurate, buildable specifics.
Permitting
We coordinate the steps needed for approvals and permitting so you’re not left managing it alone.
Build
Once approved, we move into scheduling and construction, delivering a finished barndominium with the space, function, and style you’re looking for.
