2Price Estimations: Once you commit to us, we will perform a lot assessment on your lot to determine the development and excavation costs

3Approval: If the total costs meet with your budget, we will prepare all of the paperwork for your lender to approve

4Building Begins: Once approved, we will purchase the land and start building your new home!
I Need Help Finding a Lot

4Approval: If the total costs meet with your budget and you commit to us, we (or your agent) will put the land under agreement contingenton your lender approval

5Building Begins: Once approved, we will purchase the land and start building your new home!
